This course is to teach the fundamentals of how to "Turn anything into everything." We take 3 positions and 5 elements (attitudes) and create a complete, balanced, and holistic practice. I've had rooms full of all levels and types of people, from pro athletes, to children, to elderly people that never work out. Within 15 minutes we will all be able to do 30 minutes of consistent movement while building balance, strength, flexibility, and most of all, holistic awareness. It's kinda cool to be in those rooms. We often learn too much instead of diving deep into what we know. These 5 elements are the essence of how to practice something and get the most out of the simplest movements. Level 2 is about diving even deeper.
Get strong and adaptable!!! 3 pushup variations to make you, and your punches stronger. It will also build your stamina, structure, shoulders, core, and just make the basic push up more fun and practical. Why??? If we enjoy punching, or want to learn self defense, you will not have time to get your wrist wraps or gloves on before you fight back. Wrapping your hands, just as wearing a weight belt, or over supportive shoes can hinder your natural abilities to build structure, thus making us rely on external props to be bad ass... I mean wrist wraps are just fist spanks. I've been a cutman for years, I've wrapped a lot of hands, but that's for competition. In real life though, I would hate for people to think, "You're not so tough without your wrist wraps, cup, fancy tights, pre-workout protein stack, and EDM playlist now are you!?!?"
